Montgomery County Weather: Labor Day 2021 Forecast

CONROE-MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — Despite a recent uptick in coronavirus cases across the United States, millions of Americans are likely to move ahead with Labor Day celebrations this year, marking the holiday with outdoor barbecues, town festivals and family camping trips.

While celebrating safely is paramount, Mother Nature also holds the power to make or break a perfect outdoor holiday celebration.

Will Mother Nature be on our side this Labor Day weekend? We may be in luck, according to the most recent forecast for Montgomery County.

As you head home from work Friday evening, expect clear skies with little chance of precipitation.

Saturday is expected to be partly cloudy with the high in the mid-90s, perfect weather for weekend camping in and around Montgomery County. Sunday is expected to be much of the same with clear skies and a high of 95. The clear skies are a convenient bonus for those of you wanting to watch fireworks at the Labor Day in The Woodlands festival. On Monday, the forecast calls for partly cloudy skies and a slightly cooler day with a high of 90. The chance of precipitation is higher than the rest of the long weekend but still low at 28 percent.

The forecasted highs are in the upper-90s range, and the NWS also indicates a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms on Sunday night and Monday. Otherwise, the forecast calls for clear or partly cloudy skies for the bulk of the weekend.
