MAGNOLIA, TX -- Thieves used a stolen church van to smash through the front of a CVS pharmacy and steal an ATM Monday morning. The smash and grab happened about 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of FM 1488 and Kuykendahl Road, police said.

The vehicle was a white van that was reported stolen from the Greenwood Village Baptist Church in Humble last weekend, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Witnesses said that at least seven men were inside the van that got away with the ATM. Police have not released a description and are examining surveillance video from the store, officials said.
