Reward Offered In Murder Of Homeless Conroe Man

A reward is being offered for information on the death of Brian Keith Moore whos body was found inside a wooded homeless camp on Aug. 23.

CONROE, TX — The Conroe Police Department and Montgomery County Crime Stoppers are investigating the death of a 54-year old man whose body was found on Aug. 23.

Police were called to a wooded homeless camp near Old Magnolia Road and Interstate 45 at about 10:55 p.m. where they discovered the body of Brian Keith Moore. The Montgomery County Medical Examiner conducted an examination, and Moore’s death was ruled a homicide, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter.

Investigators did not say how Moore died, but indicated that the circumstances of his death were suspicious, according to the Houston Chronicle .

Moore was known to live in various homeless camps in the area, and investigators said there are a number of transient camps in the area.

Anyone with information should contact Montgomery County Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 392-STOP (7867) and refer to case number 17-08-0816.

All calls will remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward up to $6,000.
