Serial Criminal Busted With Methamphetamine While Out On Parole
Montgomery County man with a long criminal history faces life behind bars for narcotics arrest: Police

MAGNOLIA, TX — Phillip James Kimich may need to consider giving up his life of crime after being arrested for the 15th time on Monday.
Kimich, 37, of Pinehurst is in the Montgomery County Jail and faces felony charges or manufacture and delivery of a controlled substances, after he was caught during a traffic stop in possession of more than six grams of methamphetamine. According to investigators, deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office saw Kimich in his car traveling on Goodson Loop in Magnolia, and recognized him as a suspect in an ongoing joint narcotics investigation with the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Houston Chronicle reported.

Kimich, who is considered a violent offender, has a lengthy arrest record that includes numerous past convictions for assault with bodily injury, felony driving while intoxicated, theft and narcotics possession, KPRC reported.
He was on parole when he was arrested and taken back to jail.

His bond is set at $75,000, and he is convicted he is facing a maximum fine of $10,000 and life in prison.
