Spring Man In Jail After High Speed Chase From Conroe PD

CONROE, TX — A Spring man who led police on a high-speed pursuit from Conroe to Cleveland is being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
James David Dial, 30, is being held on several felony charges including felony evading, several counts of a felon in possession of a firearm, manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance and evidence tampering.
The incident began on Thursday at about 12:30 p.m. when police stopped Dial on a traffic violation at Interstate 45 North and Loop 336 in Conroe.

Dial then took while police had him stopped, leading police and Montgomery County deputies north on FM 105 through Conroe.
Dial managed to make in to Cleveland, and crashed his car into the back of Mazda, with a woman and her child.

Police took Dial into custody, and he was booked into the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held without bond.
