When the two got to Creekside Park, investigators said Barry was ambushed by a 15-year old boy with a gun, and a 16-year old boy.

According to a KTRK report, the 16-year old boy was getting into the backseat, when the 15-year old came up to Barry's door, showed him a gun, and told him to get in the backseat.

Barry got in the backseat and the 16-year old pulled out a knife, investigators said.

One of the boys tied Barry up with Mize's shoe laces, and began beating him, and then stole his wallet.

The teens drove Barry and Mize to an HEB store in the 3500 block of Rayford Road in Spring, where they forced Barry to withdraw money from an ATM.

Investigators said the boys then drove Mize home and dropped her off, an that she never called 911 to report the carjacking, KPRC reported.

The teens then drove to Barry's home to get more money from him.

When they cut Barry loose, he ran inside the home, locked the door and told his parents who called 911 and reported the carjacking to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.

When Barry went inside, the two boys took off in his car, which was found a short time later at Dennis Johnston Park in Spring.

The 16-year old boy was caught and arrested, while the 15-year old boy escaped.

The 16-year old juvenile was taken to the Motgomery County Juvenile Detnetion Center and is charged with felony aggravated robbery.

According to a Houston Chronicle report, the 15-year old boy has been identified and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Deputies went to Mize's home after the incident to speak with her about the carjacking.

Investigators said she confessed to the plot to rob Barry, but tying him up and taking his car was not part of the plan, KPRC reported.

Mize was arrested and charged with felony aggravated robbery.

She was taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was charged with aggravated robbery, and later released.

Investigators found a kitchen knife and two pellet guns in Barry's car.
