Traffic Stop Near Lake Conroe Nets 41 Grams Of Methamphetamine
Deputies arrest three on felony narcotics charges after meth is found hidden under baby car seat

CONROE, TX — A traffic stop in Montgomery County on Monday landed three people in jail after deputies found narcotics inside the car.
The traffic stop happened in the 1600 block of S. Pine Lake and Rabon Chapel Road near Lake Conroe, when deputies stopped the car for traffic violations.
Deputies searched the car, and found 41 grams of methamphetamine hidden under a child’s car seat, along with other narcotics paraphernalia.

Michael Ashby, 33; Thomas Baldwin, 25; and Crystle Carnell, 37, were arrested and charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, a first degree felony.
All three are being held in the Montgomery County Jail with their bond set at $100,000 each.
