Where To Get COVID-19 Vaccine In Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — COVID-19 vaccination efforts are continuing in Montgomery County as Lone Star Family Health Center held its weekly community vaccine hub event Tuesday at Woodforest Bank Stadium in Shenandoah.

Registration is open for its next vaccine hub event, which will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the same location.

CHI St. Luke’s Hospital in The Woodlands, another vaccine hub in Montgomery County, is taking appointments here.

According to data from the Texas Department of State Health Services, 143,256 out of 467,232 eligible county residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine, and 90,673 residents have been fully vaccinated. Among Montgomery County residents at least 65 years old, 47.9% are fully vaccinated and 62.8% have received at least one dose.

Am I eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine?

According to DSHS, everyone age 16 and older is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine as of March 29.
