Woman Suspected Of DWI Injures Three in Head-On Crash
Woman is charged on last day of No Refusal DWI crackdown in Montgomery County.

CONROE, TX -- A Conroe woman is charged with three counts of intoxication assault after police said she hit another car head-on, while driving under the influence of alcohol.
Caryn Stucky, 53, who was arrested at a hospital on Jan. 2, allegedly crashed her car into another car at 8:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of South FM 3083, police said.
Three people, including one teenager, were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, according to police investigators.

The crash came at the tail end of Montgomery County’s No Refusal period, that provided personnel such as nurses, investigators and judges to be at various locations throughout the county to assist law enforcement in obtaining blood evidence in cases where a DWI suspect refuses to provide a scientific sample.
The No Refusal period was conducted between Thanksgiving Day, and ended on Jan. 2.

Stucky, who was allegedly driving while intoxicated when the accident occurred, is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
