City of Coppell To Host Campion Trail Connection Dedication Ceremony

Join the City of Coppell, City of Irving and Dallas County for the Campion Trail Connection Dedication Ceremony on October 29.
The ceremony will celebrate the completion of the Campion Trail MacArthur extension that connects Irving's trail with the City of Coppell's Trail System. The dedication ceremony will begin 9:30 a.m. at 11050 N. MacArthur Blvd.

Crews installed 2.75 miles of trail connecting Irving's existing 6.5 mile Campion Trail to Coppell. Construction was funded through a $2.5 million grant from the Dallas County Trail and Preserve Program.
This new trail connection is part of the City of Irving's Campion Trail System initiative to connect the regional trail system to surrounding cities in the Metroplex.
Parking is available at 820 S. MacArthur Blvd. in Coppell. Complimentary shuttles will take guest to and from the event.
The event will include light refreshments and trail tours.
