Coppell City Inspections Go Virtual!

From City of Coppell:

The following residential inspections for occupied residences will be conducted only by Remote Video Inspection:

• Water heaters
• HVAC replacement
• Roofing
• Windows

The City will still accept, review, and issue all classifications of building permits.

All other inspection will continue to be conducted in person. Further, any property owner, contractor, or other party who comes into contact with a City of Coppell Building, Code Compliance, or Environmental Health Inspector must wear a mask or face covering.
