According to a <a href="https://lendedu.com/blog/cities-highest-proportions-college-graduates/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">recent report by LendEDU</a>, Coppell has one of the highest proportions of college graduates in the country. LendEDU, a financial product comparison site, used data compiled by <a href="https://greatdata.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">GreatData</a> and looked at more than 25,000 US cities with a population of at least 20,000 residents to determine the percentage of college graduates. Coppell has a population of 41,947 with 11,116 residents that have earned a bachelor's degree, or 26.5%. This percentage ranks Coppell #54 in the country and #2 in Texas. A high proportion of college graduates in a city often leads to a competitive housing market and an increase in home values, which provides an excellent return on investment for homebuyers.
