  1. Dallas Fire-Rescue celebrated its 150th anniversary on Monday. To celebrate, the Dallas Firefighter's Museum held a block party. The department was founded in 1972 with a unit of volunteer firefighters. The department has grown to 2,000 active members with a 59th station pending. (WFAA.com)
