Here are the top stories today in Dallas:

  1. Two 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old from Dallas are in Mesquite Police custody charged with murder. Police said a man was shot to death in a parking lot in the 1700 block of Hillcrest Street around 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3. The victim was later identified as Oseas Lozano, 25, of Mesquite.   2. Dallas leaders said they were making progress toward getting the city's bulk trash pickup problems under control, but Dallas neighborhoods are still dealing with items sitting on the street for days. Instead of picking up bulk trash on a certain day, the city's new goal is to get it picked up sometime that week. (FOX 4 Dallas)
  3. The Dallas Area is set to receive $21M in infrastructure grants. According to Senator John Cornyn, several entities in the Greater Dallas area were awarded three Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity grants, or RAISE grants, totaling $21,118,080. (klif.com)
  4. Dallas strip clubs and other sexually-oriented businesses may soon see restrictions on when they can be open. The police department is working on recommendations to submit to the City Council about when such businesses can operate. (The Dallas Morning News)
  5. Dallas firefighter Ron Hall has made it home before Thanksgiving as he continues to recover from an apartment explosion. (WFAA.com)
