The Statler is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with an all-day fiesta on Tuesday, May 5, featuring chef-driven bites, festive drink specials and a Bar Crawl Passport across Scout, Waterproof and Bourbon & Banter. Guests who purchase a cocktail at each venue and collect stamps will receive a complimentary starter at Scout, with specialty Lalo Tequila cocktails available at every stop.
To complement the drinks, Waterproof and Scout will offer a selection of light bites, including brisket tacos ($16) served on corn tortillas with jalapeño, grilled pineapple and salsa verde, topped with radish and lime wedges, as well as shrimp ceviche ($14) featuring citrus-marinated shrimp, jalapeño and avocado served with corn tortilla chips.
