Top Brass, the signature restaurant at Hotel Dax in Addison, will honor active military and veterans on Armed Forces Day on May 16 with 25% off food and non-alcoholic beverages. Executive Sous Chef Jason Hart, who served 12 years in the U.S. Army, brings his military experience and leadership to the restaurant’s concept. Top Brass will also donate 10% of the proceeds from both days to Operation Forever Free, which supports veterans across North Texas.
