Top Brass, the signature restaurant of the newly opened Hotel Dax, invites families to celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday, June 21 with an elevated jazz brunch experience featuring live jazz, classic brunch cocktails and a one-day-only special perfect for Dad: Prime Rib.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests can enjoy a Father’s Day Prime Rib special served with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes for $55. Diners can pair their food with $2 mimosas and $10 bloody marys, while enjoying live jazz from Abram Olivas throughout brunch.
Additionally, guests can order from Top Brass’ à la carte brunch menu, featuring favorites such as the All-American Breakfast, thick-cut French toast; the “Old School” Fluffy Pancake Stack and the brunch burger.
