- The Dallas Police Department is currently searching for an individual responsible for stealing catalytic converters from local vehicles. The owner of a white van caught on surveillance photos in the 10100 block of Lake June Road was cutting the auto part from the victims' vehicles. Anyone with information about the individual is asked to contact the department immediately. (FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth)
- Dallas' Oak Lawn United Methodist Church has self-appointed two new LGBTQ pastors. The self-appointment was reportedly necessary after the North Texas bishop refused their appointments. This incident is the latest development of an internal debate occurring within the United Methodist Church about the role of LGBTQ-identifying members. (KERA News)
- Dallas' newest immersive exhibition will take a unique look into the mystery surrounding King Tut. The Immersive King Tut: Magic Journey to the Light will be at Lighthouse Dallas beginning on Sept. 23. This is the latest exhibit from the immersive group behind the Van Gogh and Monet exhibits.
