Christmas Event Planned For La Bajada Community

DALLAS, TX -- Dallas County Precinct 5 Constable Michael Orozco is sponsoring a Christmas event for the La Bajada community in West Dallas Saturday at noon. Orozco is partnering with West Dallas community leaders and associations to provide a free lunch, coat, and toy giveaway and a visit by Santa Claus, along with other holiday activities, Orozco's office said in a news release. Registration for the coat and toy giveaway closed on Dec. 10.

The event will take place at the 3015 Trinity Groves event facility, located at 3015 Gulden Lane (cross street: Pueblo Street). The event opens at noon and closes at 4:30 p.m.
