According to the report from The News, Steve Winn's assaults on a 15-year-old victim lasted for 14 months. Police learned of the assault allegations on Feb. 18 and arrested him four days later.

Due to the men's level of access to children, police believe other children could have endured abuse in similar situations. Authorities ask that anyone with information about either of the men, or about other sexual offenses, call the police department at 972-285-6336.
