City Of Dallas Creates Dashboard To Share Progress On Former Blue Star Recycling Cleanup
The public dashboard is available for any residents wanting to track the removal process and/or air quality during the cleanup process.
The City of Dallas has begun the cleanup work of at the Former Blue Star Recycling site at 9505 & 9527 S. Central Expy. The removal of shingle material is anticipated to be complete March 2021.
The public dashboard is available for any residents wanting to track the removal process and/or air quality during the cleanup process. The City of Dallas is also monitoring stormwater conditions in the area. The material is being disposed of at the McCommas Bluff Landfill. Trucks will operate Monday to Saturday, excluding major holidays. Data from the air quality monitors is posted daily.
