COVID-19 testing is easily found at many pharmacies, hospitals, doctor’s offices and private contractor sites; these locations may require health insurance or a cash payment.
In addition to these commercial resources, the City of Fort Worth will assist any resident with access to testing. Most COVID-19 tests are available at no cost, and testing options are with or without insurance. Anyone needing assistance accessing a free COVID-19 test can contact the COVID-19 hotline by email or call 817-392-8478.

Testing options and resources have increased dramatically since early 2020. Demand for COVID-19 testing also declined in early 2021, as COVID-19 cases dropped and vaccines became widely available.
Protect yourself and your family by supporting vaccinations in all individuals 12 and older. Find an appointment.
