Beginning July 26, the Development Services Department at Fort Worth City Hall will be fully open for in-person service. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Digital submittals are still required for zoning, subdivisions, Infrastructure Plan Review Center and platting projects.

To schedule an appointment, use the newly updated appointment system, QLess. It is accessible via new onsite kiosks, the city’s website or the QLess app for iPhone or Android devices. Appointments can be scheduled for assistance with each of the department’s functions, including zoning, platting, building permits, infrastructure review and stormwater applications.
