A series of More Than Budgets financial workshops will be offered in the Stop Six neighborhood every Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. from Sept. 14-Oct. 12.

Participants will learn strategies to save for emergencies and repair credit. If participants attend five sessions plus two individual coaching sessions, they are eligible for a dollar-for-dollar savings match, up to $200.

Sept. 14: Prioritizing and Saving the More Than Budgets Way.

Sept. 21: Budgeting Priorities.

Sept. 28: Credit Fundamentals.

Oct. 5: Know Your Credit and Debt Rights.

Oct. 12: Banking Fundamentals.

The workshops will be held at the Envision Center at Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, 5565 Truman Drive. Workshops are free, but seating is limited and participants must register in advance.
