Join Unity Across the City, an inter-spiritual collaboration among Fort Worth faith communities to engage in a conversation about diversity, equity and inclusivity.

The event will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, at Dickie’s Arena, 1911 Montgomery St. Admission and parking are free.
Spiritual leaders from all backgrounds stand together as the Circle of Clergy to offer the voice of faith, love and heart to the critical dialogue around racial inequities that affect the city, state, country and beyond. The event will serve as the opener for months and years of pivotal and vulnerable conversations among people rooted in faith to inspire unity in action.

Hear gospel singer Marvin Sapp and join in a recognition for Fort Worth’s Opal Lee, the “Grandmother of Juneteenth.”
Speakers include the Rev. Karen Calafat, St. Luke’s in the Meadow Episcopal Church; the Rev. Ralph Emerson, Rising Star Baptist Church; the Rev. William T. Glynn, Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church; the Rev. Kenneth Jones, Como First Missionary Baptist Church; the Rev. Robyn Michalove, First Presbyterian Church; the Rev. Ryon Price, Broadway Baptist Church; the Rev. Fritz Ritsch, St. Stephen Presbyterian Church; Bishop Kenneth Spears, First Saint John Cathedral; and the Rev. Kyev Tatum, New Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church.
