“In her decade as mayor of Fort Worth, Mayor Price has demonstrated many times over that she is not just a leader for her city, but a leader for the entire region. From leading trade missions from DFW Airport to spread the North Texas brand, to cochairing a North Texas Mayors’ Economic Recovery Committee formed during the COVID-19 lockdown to bring our region’s mayors together to share insights and best practices, Mayor Price has always demonstrated the best of regional leadership. She and newly elected Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings formed a friendship built on the shared foundation that their cities – and the region – had much more to gain working together.”
Price will complete her fifth two-year term as mayor on June 15 when her successor is sworn in.
