Last month, unincorporated areas of Tarrant County were determined to be under drought conditions by the Texas Forest Service. These conditions prompted Tarrant County Fire Marshal Randy Renois to request a ban on outdoor burning in an effort to protect lives and property. Tarrant County commissioners agreed.
