Have you ever wondered how to purchase tax-foreclosed property? Learn more about Tax Foreclosed Property, including the tax foreclosure property sale process and how someone can participate in the process to acquire tax foreclosed properties, by attending or watching the virtual Tax Foreclosed Property Meeting.

The meeting will be hosted by Mayor Pro Tem Gyna Bivens and will be held 1-2 p.m. , Saturday, Sep.18 at City Council Chamber at City Hall, 200 Texas St.  

The meeting will also be shown live on the city’s website, the local municipal channel on local cable providers and Facebook live.  

City staff will provide information on the purchase of tax-foreclosed property and will be available to answer questions from residents. Questions can be submitted before the meeting.  Participants can also ask questions during the meeting in-person and virtually.
