Here are the top stories in Dallas today:

1. Retiring Dallas Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson has publicly endorsed Jasmine Crockett as her successor. Crockett, a first-term Democratic State Representative, announced her run for the 30th Congressional District at Fair Park on Wednesday. Rep. Johnson, who has held her seat for nearly 30 years, says she "categorically believe[s] that Jasmine has the capability and the vision to take up the mantle to serve as your next U.S. House representative in Washington." 2. Dallas County residents who live just outside Dallas proper may be eligible for emergency funding for those facing eviction. About 1.3 million people are covered by the $40 million in emergency rent relief available within the county. The program will now run on a first-come, first-served basis, and landlords can apply for relief on behalf of tenants. (CBS Dallas / Fort Worth)
3. JPMorgan Chase is moving its longtime banking operations and offices out of the landmark Chase Tower on Ross Avenue. The bank is relocating its downtown operations to Hunt Consolidated's building at 1900 N. Akard St. at Woodall Rodgers Freeway. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
