Here are the top three stories today in Dallas:
- Dallas Black Dance Theatre is hosting its fundraiser "The Big Dance" on Jun. 4. The fundraiser will be raising funds to support its programming while celebrating its 45th anniversary. The Dallas Black Dance Theatre is the largest and oldest dance company in Dallas. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
- A new spring ranking produced by Point2 has ranked Dallas as the 17th major U.S. city for new homes built. Forth Worth ranked 7th on the list. - A Dallas Police Department officer has been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Senior Corporal Daniel Jamieson was arrested by the McKinney Police Department on Memorial Day. He was taken to the Collin County Jail and has been placed on administrative leave. (WFAA.com)
