Dallas: Guide To Voting In The May 1 General Election

It’s time to vote!

Early voting begins in Dallas on April 19 and runs through April 27. Election Day is May 1. Voters in Dallas County can visit any early voting location in the county during early voting and can vote at any polling location on Election Day.

Voters may view all candidates for Dallas City Council on the City Secretary’s website and view a sample ballot on Dallas County’s website.

All Texas voters are required to present an approved form of photo identification to vote in all Texas elections. For more information on early voting locations, wait times, dates and times visit Dallas County Election Website.
