Dallas' Most Popular Black Friday Destinations According To Lyft

DALLAS, TX -- The number have been crunched and the most popular shopping destination in and around Dallas for Black Friday shopping is Walmart, according to the on-demand transportation company Lyft. Instead of hunting for parking sports around Galleria Dallas and Northpark Center, Dallas shoppers used the ride-hailing app in 2017 to get around headache free, the company said in a news release.

“With hundreds of deals available and millions of Dallas-Fort Worth residents out shopping, Black Friday is one of our most popular times of year for Lyft users,” Yohan Bobcombe, market manager for Lyft DFW said in news release. “We are happy to help make shoppers’ Black Friday experiences a little less stressful by eliminating the hassle of driving and parking by providing Lyft passengers access to the best holiday shopping deals.”

To celebrate the holiday, Dallas-Fort Worth passengers can use the code DFWTHANKS in their Lyft app for 35 percent off their Thanksgiving Day ride.
