Here are the top three stories in Dallas today:

  1. A Dallas County judge has granted Children's Medical Center Dallas a nearly one-year injunction to continue allowing doctors to intake transgender youth until next April. The injunction by Judge Melissa Bellan will replace a temporary two-week restraining order. The intakes are usually for puberty blockers and hormone therapy for new transgender patients. (The Dallas Morning News)
  2. It's time to grab the bug spray because Dallas has made it on Orkin's list of Top 50 Mosquito Cities. Dallas has been ranked as the sixth city in the United States for the most residential mosquito treatments. Los Angeles was ranked in the top spot followed by Chicago. (CW33 Dallas)
  3. FAN EXPO is returning to Dallas! The state's largest sci-fi convention attracts thousands of people to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center each year. The popular event will be from Jun. 17 to Jun. 19. Participants will have the opportunity to meet celebrities, purchase collectibles, and mingle with like-minded fans. (CW33 Dallas)
