Here are the top three stories today in Dallas:
- The Dallas Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at Derek L. Geter Park on Friday morning. One victim was 18 years old and the other victim was 15 years old. There have not been any arrests so far in the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department or Detective Guy Curtis. (WFAA.com)
- A new Dallas bar has a unique concept: sand. Bishop Lane is turning a former walkway into a sandy beach scene. The unique bar concept will be located at 200 N. Bishop Avenue in a 12,000-square-foot plaza. The bar will have rattan couches, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, pink aluminum tables, and sculptures of palm trees. (CultureMap Dallas)
