Here are the top three stories in Dallas today:

  1. A new foster home for girls is opening in South Dallas. Eden's Place is a 7,400-square-foot facility supporting women in the community experiencing trauma. The facility will service girls between the age of 13 and 17. Eden's Place will be opening its doors in the next couple of months. (FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth)
  2. May is National Barbeque Month! How are you celebrating? CW33 Dallas has created a list of the best BBQ spots in Dallas.   3. Dallas has launched a special hotline for residents to report coyote sightings. The hotline was found necessary after the attack of a 2-year-old boy. The child will reportedly make a full recovery. So far, 14 reports have been made and 3 coyotes have been killed. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
