Erickson Senior Living Promotes Jennifer Fox to Executive Director of Highland Springs

Dallas, Texas – Erickson Senior Living, a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities, has promoted Jennifer Fox to executive director of Highland Springs. Fox will oversee management and operations for the scenic 89-acre campus located in North Dallas, Texas.

Fox joined Highland Springs in 2015 as the director of continuing care, overseeing daily clinical services and ensuring high-quality experiences for residents and their families. In 2023, she was promoted to associate executive director, where she played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strengthening financial performance, and elevating resident and employee satisfaction.

“Jennifer brings more than 20 years of senior living experience to her new leadership position and the team,” said Neal Gantert, vice president, regional operations at Erickson Senior Living. “Throughout her career at Erickson Senior Living, Jennifer has demonstrated exceptional strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a persistent commitment to our mission."

A resident of Dallas, Fox holds a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in health services administration and long-term care from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is a member of LeadingAge, a national senior living trade organization. In 2020, Fox was named Highland Springs’ Leader of the Year.
