Escape Fitness hosts Bulgarian Bag Inventor Ivan Ivanov to train Cowboys Fit staff

Escape Fitness' Bulgarian Bag--an ideal strength building tool--was the focus of an exclusive, well-received training for Cowboys Fit staff

Cowboys Fit has recently opened an impressive three-story, 60,000-square-foot public health club that features the equipment that is used by Dallas Cowboys players and cheerleaders.

Escape kitted out the world-class facility with TIYRs, Bulgarian Bags and Competition KettleBells. In order to get the most out of the equipment, Cowboys Fit and Escape Fitness teamed up to provide the training staff an exclusive Bulgarian Bag training session with none other than Bulgarian Bag inventor Ivan Ivanov.

The Escape Bulgarian Bag is unsurpassed as a tool for fast 360-degree movement patterns and tri-planar movements—which is appealing for PTs who want to incorporate dynamic rotational exercises into either one-on-one sessions or group training programs.

As the ideal tool to build functional strength, Ivanov’s training focused on the ways the Bulgarian Bag integrates multiple muscle groups through a wide variety of dynamic exercises--teaching the team the proper way to perform moves to take the bag under control. The Cowboys Fit staff expressed appreciation for the exclusive training as it will help them ensure their members experience the new state-of-the-art fitness center in a way that engages them as never before.

“Ivan really was an amazing experience,” said Travis Jones, fitness director, Cowboys Fit. “He really opened our minds to the possibilities with the Bulgarian Bags and we now have our clients and members utilizing them every day. Our trainers are wanting to take more of his classes in the future.”

“Ivan Ivanov provided epic training for an epic facility,” said Matthew Januszek, co-founder, Escape Fitness. “For Escape, training is essential as it builds client relationships. When we provide equipment, we want to ensure the facility’s members get the most out it because they are working with PTs who fully understand its uses and possibilities. Everyone wins.”
