  1. ExxonMobil is preparing to move its headquarters out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and relocate to Houston. The relocation will combine its chemical and refining divisions. The move is expected to be completed by 2023 with $6 billion in savings forecasted from the move. (CultureMap Dallas)
  2. Beloved Dallas musician and founding member of rock band Sorta, Trey Johnson, has died at age 53. Johnson reportedly experienced heart problems over the past year including a blocked artery.   3. The city of Dallas is asking residents to fill out a survey to let city planners know what they want out of living in Dallas. The survey comes at a time when ForwardDallas is updating the comprehensive land use plan.
