  1. Inbound Dallas travelers were diverted after their plane's wing lost a winglet. The Charleston-based flight was diverted on Tuesday to Birmingham, Alabama after severe turbulence caused a portion of the wing to fall off. A winglet is meant to increase cruising distance while increasing fuel efficiency. (KXII)
  2. The Dallas Police Department arrested a man during a phony temporary paper license plate scam. Wayland Wright, 43-years-old, has been charged with government record tampering with the intent to defraud. The fake paper plates have been used to avoid paying registration fees and possibly to cover up crimes. (FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth)
  3. Protestors have taken to the Dallas streets after a leaked Supreme Court opinion draft indicates the overturn of Roe v. Wade. The Supreme Court confirmed on Tuesday that the leaked draft was authentic but a final ruling has not been issued. Dallas-based Match Group has pledged to cover travel costs for employees seeking abortion services. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
