FBI Seeks Irving, Arlington Bank Robbery Suspect
The 'Longhorn Bandit' is accused of robbing two Dallas-Fort Worth banks in October. The FBI said he used a dark Chevy SUV as a getaway car.
The FBI is seeking information related to two October bank robberies that took place in Irving and Arlington. Authorities have identified the man pictured above as a suspect. He is described as a white man standing 5-foot-10 and weighting 165-180 pounds. He has a small build and brown hair. The FBI has dubbed him the "Longhorn Bandit."
The FBI remarked the suspect was seen wearing a gray University of Texas sweatshirt, dark shorts, sandals, and a gray hat. He had a tattoo on his right calf, and drove away in a Dark colored Chevrolet SUV.
The FBI reports a robber entered Bank of the West in Irving on Oct. 18 and passed the teller a note reading "hand me all the loose bills, I have a gun." The note was written on a deposit slip.

On Oct. 26, a robber entered and robbed the EECU Credit Union at 1253 N. Little School Road, Kennedale, Texas, the FBI reported. The robber indicated to a teller that he had a gun. He used a dark colored Chevrolet SUV as a getaway vehicle.
Crime Stoppers of North Texas, a non-governmental organization, is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of this robbery suspect(s). The FBI has no involvement in the administration of this reward or any of its governing terms or conditions.
