Jennifer "Vanessa" Mejia is believed to be in either San Antonio or North Texas. Reports made to Child Protective Services led police to believe her father, Felipe Mejia, has put her in harm's way. Mejia is described as standing 4-foot-11 and weighing 100 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
