DALLAS, TX — Next year Harry Potter fans in Dallas will have the chance to pack up their spell books and hop on the Hogwarts Express (or maybe the DART Train) and make their way to the magical convention that dreams are made of. LeakyCon 2018 is a "weekend-long celebration of 'The Boy Who Lived' and the extraordinary impact his story had on the Wizarding and Muggle world," according to LeakyCon's official website. The convention, hosted by Mischief Management, will be held at Hyatt Regency Dallas. Festivities at LeakyCon include panels, programs, discussions, performances, access to a Harry Potter marketplace and a chance to meet celebrities. <a href="https://www.leakycon.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Tickets for this event</a> go on sale Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. Tickets start at $59 for a day pass. The "Marauder Pass," the most expensive pass, tops out at $349. The LeakyCon website suggests celebrities will be in attendance to offer fans autographs and photos. No official list of attending celebrities has been announced. Organizers announced on Twitter they are working to secure discounted rates at Hyatt Regency Dallas for attendees.
