Highland Springs Names Nicole Eison as Fitness Manager

In her leadership position, Mrs. Eison will oversee individual and group instruction in the on-site fitness and aquatics centers

Dallas, Texas—Highland Springs, an Erickson Living community, announced the hiring of Nicole Eison as Fitness Manager.

Mrs. Eison brings ten years of experience in the fitness and wellness field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College in Massachusetts. A member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), she is a certified personal trainer; she is also a certified spinning instructor through Spinning®. Mrs. Eison is certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in primary group exercise.

In her leadership position at Highland Springs, Mrs. Eison will oversee individual and group instruction in the on-site fitness and aquatics centers. Outfitted with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, the fitness center is open 24/7 for residents. The aquatics center features an indoor all-season pool for swimming laps and group activities such as water aerobics and volleyball.

The fitness center staff, part of the Resident Life Department, also conducts wellness programs for employees throughout the year.

Mrs. Eison volunteers regularly for JDRF (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and other organizations.
