Highland Springs Names Patrick Becquet 2018 Leader of the Year

Dallas, Texas--Patrick Becquet, Executive Chef at Highland Springs, was recognized as the community’s Leader of the Year for 2018. He was one of 20 employees selected by their respective communities or corporate departments and recognized nationally among his peers during the Erickson Living Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Maryland on March 4.

The recognition is given to a manager or director who continually demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and inspires, motivates and empowers his or her team members to commit to excellence in serving residents.
