Here are the top three stories today in Dallas:
- Dallas' UT Southwestern Medical Center and Baylor University Medical Center have been listed as some of the best hospitals in the country by U.S. News & World Report. The report listed UT Southwestern Medical Center as No. 2 in Texas and Baylor University Medical Center as No. 4. Both hospitals had individual departments that were ranked nationally. - Some Dallas residents are traveling to other states to receive a Monkeypox vaccine. The Dallas County Health Department reports that it has a limited supply of the vaccine. There is a county Monkeypox hotline but it cannot handle the high number of calls. The county has the highest number of vaccine doses in Texas but the supply is unable to meet local demand. - An exhibit featuring lost luggage is opening in Dallas. The Unclaimed Baggage retailer is bringing the exhibit to the city this weekend. It is the country's only retailer of lost luggage. The exhibit will be at the Dallas Farmer's Market on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth)
