'House Of Cards' Statue Appears At Dallas Love Field Airport

The statue will be up through Nov. 14 and reveals a pretty big plot point of the show's final season.

DALLAS, TX -- A large statue inspired by Netflix's hit series "House of Cards" has appeared in Dallas' Love Field airport and includes a pretty sizable spoiler. Quit reading now if you haven't finished the show's latest and final season, which premiered on Netflix Nov. 2.

The statue is of a pregnant Claire Underwood (played by the incredible Robin Wright), who now goes by her maiden name, Claire Hale following the death of her husband Francis J. "Frank" Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey. Underwood's character was killed off unexpectedly by Netflix and missing from the show's last season after several men accused Spacey of sexually harassing and assaulting them.

The Love Field statue, which was placed by advertising agency Weiden + Kennedy, is a direct reference to Hale becoming pregnant during her presidential tenure. Her pregnancy "helps her create the image of a softer presence in charge of the country," Vulture reported.
