Fort Worth Star-Telegram reporter Steven English said on Twitter the fire was started by an incendiary device but was quickly extinguished by store employees.
The jailed suspect is believed to be the same person behind a May 11 incident in which flaming Molotov cocktails were thrown inside of Hulen Mall, sources report.
