I-75 Shut Down In Melissa After Semi Crash
The crash occurred when a truck driving north flipped over and moved a concrete barrier into southbound lanes of traffic.

MELISSA, TX — North and southbound lanes of a major interstate are closed in the Collin County town of Melissa after a crash involving an overturned 18-wheeler. US Highway 75 was shut down before noon Thursday and is expected to remain closed until the evening hours.
A spokesman for the Collin County Sheriff's department said the crash occurred when a truck traveling north flipped over and hit the concrete barrier separating lanes of traffic.
The barrier broke and slid into the southbound lanes, he said. Part of the truck also ended up on the opposite side of the interstate.
