Kevin Adamic Named Highland Springs Leadership Award Winner

Highland Springs, the Erickson Senior Living community in Dallas, Texas, has named Finance Director Kevin Adamic its Highland Springs Leadership Award Winner.

“Kevin consistently exemplifies strong leadership and fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence among his team, ensuring the highest level of service to Highland Springs residents,” said Executive Director Matt Neville.

In March, he was honored along with several other leaders, one from each of Erickson Senior Living’s communities across the country and its home office, at the company’s Leadership Summit in Baltimore, Maryland.
