Larry Nabb is new Jet Health CEO

The company said that Nabb will oversee all day-to-day operations and business functions as well as growth and acquisition strategies.

Fort Worth - Jet Health, Inc., an eminent regional force in the realm of home health, hospice, and personal care services, has disclosed the induction of Larry Nabb into the esteemed role of Chief Executive Officer, Dallas Metro News reported. Taking over from Stacie Bratcher, the former CEO who led the company from March 2020, Nabb's appointment is effective immediately.

As CEO, Nabb's purview will encompass the broad spectrum of daily operations, business functions, as well as driving growth and acquisition plans. Jet Health's considerable reach, spanning 16 markets in the Southwest and Mountain West U.S., is uniquely branded under key names such as Klarus, First Choice, Hospice de la Luz, and Trio.

Nabb, an accomplished stalwart in the healthcare industry, brings to the table an impressive resume highlighted by deep-seated experience in home health and hospice sectors. Before his engagement with Jet Health, he helmed Providence Care, LLC as CEO and board member. This home health, hospice, and house call service provider caters to the Southeast U.S region.

During his tenure at Providence, Nabb spearheaded the company's acquisition strategy, strengthened the executive leadership and broadened its reach from a single-state operation to a multi-state organization serving more than 6,500 individuals.

Prior to that, Nabb held prominent positions at Remita Health, a substantial hospice service provider operating in California, Arizona, and Nevada. He served as president and chief operating officer, wherein he tripled earnings, nurtured vital payer relationships, and initiated value-based collaborations with major health insurance companies such as Blue Shield, Anthem, and Optum Health, among other noteworthy achievements.

Jet Health's originator and board chair, Jim Glynn, recently conveyed his staunch trust in the firm's fresh appointee, Nabb. Characterized as a proficient strategic pilot, Nabb brings to the table a profusion of operational wisdom, coupled with an inherent knack for catalyzing growth and stimulating engagement within the teams under his leadership.

“Jet Health’s board of directors believes [his] extensive industry expertise and proven track record will position him for success in leading Jet Health forward,” Glynn said in a statement, calling Nabb a “solid strategic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and impressive operational experience.”
